We fully gutted and insulated the structure, restoring original elements where we found them and leaving the log walls exposed to honor the past. Modern-grade windows bring efficiency and daylight into the space, while subtle interventions open up the floor plan — transforming a seasonal shelter into a warm, light-filled home built to withstand Lofoten’s wildest months.
