The 200-Year Old Cabin

Overview
A 200-year-old summer cabin, rebuilt for life in every season. We fully gutted and insulated the structure, restoring original elements where we found them and leaving the log walls exposed to honor the past. Modern-grade windows bring efficiency and daylight into the space, while subtle interventions open up the floor plan — transforming a seasonal shelter into a warm, light-filled home built to withstand Lofoten’s wildest months.
